I expect local meat from a local butcher. Unfortunately, I only took a look at the receipt at home. Roulades, upper shell, slaughtered in non-European countries, American pasture This was not discussed before the purchase. I can also buy from one of the big chains. The meat there is from Ireland, but still more sustainable. Quite apart from the fact that I do not want to support Trump, not even indirectly, but said that by buying the long-established butcher, I support him and the farmers whose farm the animal comes from. Okay, again learned something. Brandes is on my tab list.

In front of the store are enough parking facilities and if everything should be occupied you can also park in the yard. The shop is clean, well arranged, the service is friendly and competent. In terms of price, the quality of the goods is good. Mostly I get Mett there. This is sometimes even freshly turned by the meat grinder and is tasteful. Especially the Jägermett is great. Food in the snack bar is very good. Hamburgers simply great, he definitely took over from Guido's grill bar, which his father supplied in the 1960s.

For me, this snack is one of the best in Braunschweig. There are very tasty currywurst, shish kebab and hamburgers. Thank you for a nice time with you.

We ordered hamburger roast with potato and vegetable gratin. I picked up both at the snack bar. The food was ready, bill was there. The food brought home and served immediately. The first bite and ....... very delicious and hot !!!! We can highly recommend, we and our 12 guests it was great. Value for money is right. Attention!!!! Repetition danger ;-)
